Mario has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and project management. He has extensive experience in Structuring and Restructuring Business processes and designing HR strategy. He has also worked on designing and implementing Business Development Strategies and conducting Management Transformation projects.
As a consultant, he succeeded in supporting several health organizations such as hospitals in improving their performance and in building visibility on their activities and their decision making process. He has also helped enhance the knowledge and skills of the organizations’ workforce.
